Purchase Order Processing Fee – A $10 processing fee is required ONLY if your organization submits a Purchase Order.
*Tuition does not include registration for any Preconference Institutes and Trainings.
Workshop sessions are filled on a a first-come, first-served basis. Pre-registration is not required.
Registration cancellations must be made in writing.
Cancellation requests postmarked on or before December 31, 2013, will be refunded in full, less a $50 administrative fee.
Cancellation requests postmarked between January 1 and 17, 2014 will be refunded 50% of the registration fee.
Refunds will NOT be made for cancellations postmarked on January 18, 2014 or later, or, for participants who register but do not attend. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Transfer of registration fees to another person may be done without penalty upon notification to the Registration Coordinator.
Refunds for cancelled registrations will be issued after the conference. Participants may expect to receive their refunds within six to eight weeks from the last day of the conference.
Confirmation letters will be sent. If receipts are needed, they may be obtained Wednesday, January 29th, at the On-Site Registration Desk.
