Workshop sessions are filled on a a first-come, first-served basis. Pre-registration is not required.
Undergraduate, Graduate, Intern, and Resident: During the online registration process, you will need to provide the name of your university/institution and field of study.
Group Registration: If you are registering a group, please contact the Conference Registration at email@example.com. Only groups from a single payment source can be registered under this category. A work email is required for each person in the group.
Registration cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Cancellation requests postmarked on or before December 31, 2015, will be refunded in full, less a $50 administrative fee.
Cancellation requests postmarked between January 1 and 16, 2016 will be refunded 50% of the registration fee.
Refunds will NOT be made for cancellations postmarked on or after January 17, 2016, or for participants who register but do not attend. NO EXCEPTIONS.
